1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bk23 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bk23 website located at bk23.vip ("the Site") or any associated mobile application or service offered under the bk23 brand.

By accessing the bk23 platform in any capacity — including browsing the Site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you are registering on behalf of any third party or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bk23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Where changes are material, bk23 will publish a notice on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the bk23 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version in effect.

These Terms should be read together with the bk23 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bk23.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The bk23 platform is intended strictly for adults. Access to, registration with, and use of any real-money feature on bk23 is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bk23 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all account holders. Individuals under 18 are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, corporate entity, or third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether initiated by yourself through bk23 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — that prohibits access to gambling platforms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activity is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using bk23.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for another person who themselves would fail any of the eligibility criteria above.

bk23 may use third-party age and identity verification services to confirm eligibility. By registering, you consent to bk23 sharing your registration details with such verification partners for the sole purpose of confirming your eligibility to use the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features on bk23, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on bk23 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonuses, promotions, or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be void and subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. bk23 may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bk23 may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. bk23 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your full password or OTP codes. Any activity conducted via your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bk23 of a security breach promptly and in writing.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bk23 support immediately via live chat at bk23.vip. bk23 operates two-factor authentication (2FA) and device recognition as additional layers of account protection, and we encourage all players to enable these features from their account security settings.

3.4 Account Sharing

Sharing your bk23 account credentials with any third party — including family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited. bk23 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any activity that suggests account sharing may result in account suspension, investigation, and the voiding of associated bets and bonuses.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bk23 supports a range of payment methods that reflect the Bangladeshi financial landscape. The following payment channels are available to registered players for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual account verification status:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on bk23 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bk23 wallet instantly following successful confirmation in your mobile money application. bk23 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bk23's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may be returned to the source. bk23 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed in Bangladesh Taka (৳). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad before the daily processing cut-off time are typically completed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bk23 may require full identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) including submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and is not optional. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until the process is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bk23 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. bk23 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If your payment method processes transactions in a different currency, your provider's conversion rates will apply, and bk23 bears no responsibility for any exchange rate differences.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bk23 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, in addition to these general bonus provisions which apply site-wide.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may be issued as cash credit, free spins, or free bets, depending on the specific promotion. Each bonus type has its own conversion and wagering rules.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Where bk23 determines that multiple accounts have claimed the same bonus, all associated bonus funds and winnings derived from them will be voided.
• bk23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This includes modifying the wagering requirements or expiry dates of an active bonus where there is reasonable cause to believe the promotion is being abused.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without replacement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bk23 actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets ("arbing") to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotional errors or technical glitches; and coordinating with other players to manipulate outcome distributions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on bk23 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any real-money bet. bk23's general betting rules are as follows:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be altered.
• bk23 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data latency. bk23 does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on information that was already publicly available at the time of in-play acceptance but not yet reflected in the odds.
• Event settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing board, etc.) at the conclusion of the event. In the case of disputes, bk23's decision regarding the final settlement is conclusive.
• Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events are settled according to bk23's sport-specific void and settlement rules, which are published in the Sports Rules section of the platform.

6.2 Casino & RNG Games

All casino and RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bk23 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate under internationally recognised game fairness certifications. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. bk23 does not manipulate game outcomes — all results are determined entirely by the certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bk23's system will apply the relevant disconnection policy as specified in the individual game's rules. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on bk23's infrastructure (rather than the player's device or connection), the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk23 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Financial Crime: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; money laundering; structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection thresholds.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players, team members, officials, or any third party to influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game for financial gain on bk23.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage or to circumvent platform rules.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, system glitches, or software bugs on the bk23 platform rather than reporting them.
• Underage Access: Any attempt by a person under 18 years of age to register, access, or use the bk23 platform, including with falsified documentation.
• Account Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification; impersonating another individual; operating accounts under assumed identities.
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised payment chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution or mobile money provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by bk23. All chargeback disputes are investigated thoroughly and may result in account closure and recovery of funds.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bk23

bk23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Any activity that bk23 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bk23 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder and provide an estimated resolution timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing security investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bk23 support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any active bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Players choosing to close their account due to a gambling concern are encouraged to consider the self-exclusion options available under bk23's Responsible Gaming Policy before requesting a permanent closure.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant when it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bk23 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying the dormant account policy. After the dormant classification period and following the notification process, bk23 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, up to the available balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormant period may be closed without further notice.

8.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you have the right to appeal bk23's decision by submitting a written appeal to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) within 30 days of receiving the suspension or closure notice. Appeals should include your registered account details, a clear description of the grounds for appeal, and any supporting documentation. bk23 will respond to all valid appeals within 10 business days.
